Website information
We work to keep descriptions, photographs, prices, and inventory accurate. Screen colors, field conditions, production lots, and photography can affect appearance. Product details, availability, and prices may change before an order is accepted.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. Compoxen may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for availability, pricing error, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or another reasonable business reason. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. Taxes, shipping, freight, and handling are added where applicable.
Inventory
Website quantities are planning information and do not reserve material. Product is allocated only after the order, payment, and fulfillment details are confirmed. Special-order and lot-matched material may have different lead times.
Com Pro accounts
Program approval, member access, credit, tax treatment, loyalty benefits, and account terms are assigned individually and may be changed or withdrawn. Account credentials and member benefits may be used only by the approved business.
Installation and code
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Compoxen supplies products and does not provide installation. The purchaser is responsible for measurements, property lines, underground utilities, engineering, permits, code compliance, HOA approval, contractor selection, safe installation, and confirming that the product is suitable for the project.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
The Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Limited Warranty are part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized account access, copy content for competing commercial use, or use automated systems in a way that burdens the service.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing. Compoxen is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Any direct liability relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where law does not allow that limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
