Where we ship
Compoxen currently accepts orders for eligible delivery addresses in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Colorado. We do not offer standard shipping outside these four states. Some oversized, heavy, or restricted products may be available only for pickup, local delivery, or quoted freight.
Customer-paid shipping
Customers pay all applicable parcel, local-delivery, and freight charges. The checkout estimate may change if the order requires a pallet, liftgate, limited-access delivery, appointment, remote-area service, or another special handling service. We will contact you before shipment if an adjustment is required.
Utah pickup
Pickup is available by appointment after you receive confirmation that the order is ready. Do not arrive before the ready-for-pickup notice. Customers are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle, load securement, and any labor needed beyond the loading service confirmed with the order.
Local delivery
Eligible Utah orders may qualify for local delivery. Available ZIP codes, rates, minimum orders, delivery windows, and unloading conditions are shown or confirmed during order review. Delivery is curbside or another safe, accessible location agreed to in advance.
Regional shipping
Smaller eligible items may ship by parcel carrier. Fence kits, posts, gates, and larger orders may require regional freight. Freight customers must provide an accessible delivery location and inspect the shipment at delivery.
Timing
Inventory quantities are shown for planning, but an order is not allocated until payment and confirmation. Processing, carrier transit, weather, and special-order lead times vary. Any date provided before shipment is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Inspection and damage
Inspect packages and freight before accepting delivery. Note visible damage or missing items on the carrier record, take photographs, keep packaging, and contact Compoxen within 48 hours at contact@compoxen.com.
Address changes and failed delivery
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. Reconsignment, redelivery, storage, return freight, or other charges caused by an inaccurate address, unavailable recipient, inaccessible site, or refused delivery are the customer's responsibility.
