Choosing the Right Composite Fence Color
A short guide to the five Compoxen colors, what they pair with architecturally, and how each one weathers in different climates.

Compoxen ships in five architect-led colors. Each one is designed to do a specific job in the landscape. There are no wrong choices, but there are obviously right ones for specific architecture.
Harbor Slate
Modern grey with coastal clarity. Pairs with whitewashed siding, contemporary glass-and-steel architecture, and any landscape with a lot of green. Runs cool in desert sun.
Mesa Taupe
Warm, grounded, stone-friendly. Pairs with adobe, stucco, and any home with a substantial stone facade. The desert favorite.
Shadow Forge
Charcoal-black with industrial depth. Pairs with black-trim modern architecture, dark metal roofing, and minimalist landscapes. Highest visual presence; runs warm in direct sun.
Redwood Ember
Rich red-brown with natural warmth. The closest analog to traditional cedar, but without the greying. Pairs with traditional ranch, craftsman, and warmer Mediterranean palettes.
Cocoa Ridge
Deep chocolate with architectural presence. The premium "wood-but-not-wood" color for properties that want warmth without staining cycles.
Practical notes
- Lighter colors run cooler in direct sun.
- All five carry the same fade-resistant shell and the same 20-year warranty.
